Hello I'm Cetara,

A Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia. I am your teammate on this get well journey, your cheerleader (sometimes I'm more excited for your wins than you are). Your coach that pushes you towards greatness when you are tempted to give up. I am that gentle voice that encourages self love, the balanced voice that often gives you a reality check, what I termed "calling you out in love".

I am so many things in this counseling space, but mostly I'm just another human who wants to equip you with practical skills. I want to grant you personal insight into the patterns that keep you stuck such as the ways you self sabotage.

I want help you heal from trauma, better manage your emotions, teach you how to set boundaries and advocate for yourself; whatever it is that you need so you can be the most whole, present, peaceful, and joyful version of yourself.
